Today's my first class of kick-boxing a.k.a Tae Bo...I nearly pass out halfway of the class *_* It really is a sign of getting old....or...overweight sobz. I used to be able to dance 2-3 hours nonstop haiiiiizzzzzzzz
However, it was great cos i sweat a lot...really a lot I would say. Maybe I shouldn't start with something so extreme like this since I have not work out for soooooo long...to get my body slowly adjusted haha. However I enjoyed today's kicking and boxing =D
Good nite..my body just surrendered LOL
